Visit of NNIAT management team to Brunei Darussalam
On November 6-7, 2017 the management team of NNIAT visited Brunei Darussalam and held series of successful meetings and talks.
On November 6 the negotiations between the NNIAT founder Ruslan Tokaev and Minister of Energy and Industry at the Prime Minister's Office Brunei Darussalam Mohammad Yasmin bin Haji Umar, with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Energy and Industry Dato Paduka Awang Haji Jamain bin Haji Julaihi and Russian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador in Brunei Darussalam Vladlen Semivolos were held. The negotiations resulted in the willingness of the Minister and his deputy to contribute to the promotion of technologies developed by NNIAT to address environmental problems in Brunei Darussalam.
On November 7, the NNIAT management team and the Head of Energy Downstream Business and the representatives of Shell Brunei, with the participation of the representatives of Energy and Industry Ministry of Brunei discussed the questions of cooperation and NNIAT newest technologies for handling environmental problems in oil industry. These technologies stirred huge interest. The parties agreed to have further discussions with the aim to implement the technologies on the facilities of Brunei Shell Petroleum Co Sdn Bhd.
