A meeting with Julius Maada Bio, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, was held on the sidelines of Russia-Africa Summit.

The meeting was attended by Ruslan Tokaev (Founder of Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Applied Technologies), Rasul Botashev (Deputy of the State Duma), Mohamed Yongawo (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the Russian Federation), Ahmed Azimov (General Director, Centre for International Strategic Initiatives).
