March 18, 2019 the general director of NNIAT, LLC Vladimir Noarov took part in the meeting of members of self-regulating organization (SRO) union of “CONSTRUCTORS OF PRIVOLZHE”
More than 360 SRO members took part in the meeting. The meeting was held by A.A. Leontiev, the General Director of SRO Union of Privolzhie Constructors. During the meeting and in accordance with the agenda, the following reports were presented and approved:
- SRO General Director A.A. Leontiev report on financial and economic activity of SRO Union of Constructors of Privolzhie for 2017, 2018;
- the report of audit committee on results of financial and economic activity of SRO for 2017, 2018.
By means of secret ballot, the president of SRO– Shurov V.M., including members of the SRO Union of Privolzhie Constructors Council were elected.
SRO priority areas of activities were approved:
- protection of interests of SRO and its members, consumers of construction products;
- representing interests of SRO, professional construction community at governmental institutions, local self-governmental authorities, region operators - foundations of capital repair;
- assisting in safety improvement and quality of construction;
- assisting in increase of efficiency of self-regulation in construction.
The Charter and new version of SRO documents were approved; the reason for introducing changes were the changes in the Russian Federation Urban Planning Code.
The issues on group insurance of civil liability for damage for 2019 were discussed, the contributions for 2019 (target contribution for the needs of NOSTROY, target contribution for insurance) were approved.
