Development of detailed design documentation for the facilities of Sibur-Neftekhim OJSC

In 2013-2014 the employees of NNIAT LLC participated in the development of detailed design documentation for the facilities of Sibur-Neftekhim OJSC. 

Work process

Detailed design includes:

  1. development of the design for the replacement of oil circuit breakers and installation of high speed automatic transfer switchers with modernization of relay protection and emergency controls in switchgears 10 kV RP-301 and 6 kV RP-302 of Workshop No.602 of Ethylene Oxides and Glycols Production Plant;
  2. engineering of power supply scheme for consumers of workshop No.604 of Ethylene Oxides and Glycols Production Plant with the replacement of low voltage boards at Complete Transformer Substations-314, 315, replacement of distribution cabinets in RP-380V of complex 1245 in workshop No.604 of Ethylene Oxides and Glycols Production Plant. 
  3. design development for the replacement of oil circuit breakers by vacuum circuit breakers with the modernization of relay protection and emergency controls in switchgear 10 kV RP-313 of Workshop No.604 of Ethylene Oxides and Glycols Production Plant. 

Conclusions

Engineering works were performed in the shortest time period in accordance with high quality standards. All arising issues were efficiently and rapidly resolved by NNIAT LLC.
