Briefing on logistics and incoming control
A briefing on logistics and incoming control in course of supplying of production sites with machinery, equipment, construction materials, compliant with regulations requirements and design solutions, was held.
The following decisions were taken:
- on improvement of production supply procedure;
- on involvement of production and engineering staff into procurement management process.
