The competition between youth projects “YOUTH ENERGY” is finished

On the 7th of December the ceremony of the 6th international award “Small energy – big achievements” took place. The winners were three young research scientists from Moscow Universities. The following projects were presented on elaboration of organic solar batteries, including creation of accumulators of a new type and optimizing extraction of mineral resources.

The winners got grants for 1 million rubles to improve and execute their projects.

The winners were:

research specialist of Synthetical polymer material institute by Enikolopov N.M., project on elaboration of elastic solar batteries from organic materials;
research specialist of Skolkovo institute, presenting the concept of elaboration and production of potassium ionic battery in RF;
research specialist of Technological institute of extra-hard and new carbon materials presented the project on improvement of hydraulic fracturing of formation technology when extracting carbon.

91 projects from 36 regions of Russia were assessed during the competition, the projects were dedicated to “Survey, extraction and recycling of fuel and power resources”, “Traditional power generation sector”, “Renewable resources”
