NNIAT team completes the cleaning of 3 plate heat-exchangers of NTKR-2 unit for low-temperature condensation and fractionation

NNIAT team completed the cleaning of 3 plate heat-exchangers of NTKR-2 unit for low-temperature condensation and fractionation of LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez LLC gas processing facility, including subsequent development and installation of heat-exchange equipment remote monitoring system.

The cleaning of two heat-exchangers was performed on the spot, without dismantling, at the height of 24 m. 

Unique preparations for different sediment removal, developed by Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Applied Technologies, were used to clean the equipment. 

After the cleaning was completed, the installation of heat-exchange equipment remote monitoring system was performed. From now on, the indicators of the sensors installed at the equipment, will be transmitted in real time to smartphone app and PC mnemonic diagram to allow the Client to monitor, in the maximum prompt way, the general technological operation process of the heat-exchangers, to receive alert and alarm notifications on out-of-range hazardous and emergency situations and ensure their due time prevention and probably save people's life at hazardous industrial facilities. Further on the overall capacity values will help to perform subsequent cleaning of heat-exchangers in due time. 

Thus, NNIAT LLC implemented at the Client facility the comprehensive solution, developed by NNIAT LLC, to ensure efficient monitoring of heat-exchange equipment.
