NNIAT LLC can perform welding works in accordance with certified welding technologies at the following hazardous facilities:

The company is fully equipped with the required welding and auxiliary equipment to execute manual arc welding, metal-arc gas and mix shielded welding, manual argon-arc welding, polyethylene hot-tool and embedded heaters welding at the specified hazardous industrial facilities.

Company personnel includes qualified welding specialists of I, II, III, IV levels, certified in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents.

When carrying out construction and installation works at the above listed hazardous industrial facilities, the quality of welding operations is ensured by NNIAT LLC in-house NDT laboratory — Certificate of attestation No. 61A101098. NNIAT NDT laboratory is fully equipped with necessary equipment and qualified personnel, certified in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents. Types of non-destructive testing performed by NNIAT NDT laboratory:

• Visual and measuring testing
• X-ray
• Ultrasonic testing and thickness measurement
• Dye penetrant inspection
• Leak testing
• Electrical testing of insulation coatings

NNIAT LLC has developed and implemented health, industrial and environmental safety policy, quality management system:

• Certificate of conformity GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008);
• Certificate of conformity GOST 12.0.230-2007 (OHSAS 18001:2007);
• Certificate of conformity GOST R ISO 14001-2007 (ISO 14001: 2004);

Licenses:

• License № 077085 dated 15.02.2016 for collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and dumping of hazard category I-IV wastes.
• License № BX-40-008236 dated 31.08.2015 for operation of fire and explosion hazards and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard categories I, Il and III.
• License № 52-Б/00350 dated 17.07.2015 to operate installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety of buildings and structures.

Quality control

When executing welding works at hazardous industrial facilities, NNIAT LLC performs local heat treatment. The company possesses two local heat treatment mobile units RT 70/6 and RT 150/12, full set of necessary auxiliary equipment, and has heat treaters and heat treatment superintendents qualified in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents.

When carrying out local heat treatment activities, NNIAT LLC in-house certified Destructive testing laboratory performs heat treatment (hardness measurement) quality control — Certificate of attestation No. IL/LRI-01023. The laboratory is equipped with ultrasound hardness testers and field competent personnel, certified in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents.

All the above listed technological capabilities have been implemented many times by NNIAT LLC during the execution of general contract operations or contracted works for PJSC "Gazpromneft", PJSC "NK Rosneft", PJSC "LUKOIL", in particular:

• Construction of a treatment facility for sulphur-alkaline waste and process condensate — JSC "Gazpromneft - Moscow Refinery";
